The NYPD is investigating Mary-Kate Olsen’s connection to the death of Heath Ledger. Mary-Kate is rumored to have been enjoying a “no-strings attached” relationship with Heath at the time of his death, but the billionaire is now facing police questioning after masseuse Diane Lee Wolozin called her three times before calling 911 after finding the actor naked, dead, and surrounded by pill bottles on Tuesday afternooon.

Police also intend to ask Mary-Kate why she sent a team of bodyguards to the apartment after receiving calls from the massage therapist, the New York Post reports.

Fox News’ radio personality John Gibson have offered up a lame ass apology for his irresponsible quip following the death of Heath Ledger. On Jan. 22, John opened his radio show with funeral music and mocked a signature line from “Brokeback,” saying, “Well, he found out how to quit you.” Then, after playing another audio clip from the movie of Heath’s character saying, “We’re dead,” Gibson mockingly said, “We’re dead” and played the clip again. The Gay & Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation (GLAAD) has declared the radio host’s behavior as “vulgar and disgusting.”

Heath Ledger and Mary-Kate Olsen were dating, the New York press reports. According to the New York Post, the former Full House star’s bodyguard has confirmed to police that the two stars were dating. On Wednesday, the Associated Press learned that upon finding Ledger unresponsive in a SoHo apartment the actor’s masseuse contacted the Olsen Twin before dialing 911.

Jake Gyllenhaal, who had reportedly been worried about best friend Heath Ledger’s bouts with depression, is so upset about Ledger’s death that he is unable to talk to the media. Jake, who is the godfather of Heath’s two year old daughter Matilda, is currently in New Mexico filimg Brothers with actor Tobey Maguire.
