Miley Cyrus has set a July 22 release date for her new Breakout album. The LP is the first full-length album to be released on Hollywood Records under Miley’s own name, as opposed to her Hannah Montana moniker.

Miley Cyrus’ controversial photoshoot with Vanity Fair is now a video game. Miley’s Naughty Pics is the latest fallout from the fifteen year old Hannah Montana star’s topless photoshoot for the June 2008 issue of Vanity Fair Magazine. The new internet game captures parody shots of Miley on the red carpet posing topless for the style mag.

Public image problems just went from bad to worse for Miley Cyrus. The fifteen year old Hannah Montana icon is being accused of copyright infringement. Miley allegedly swiped her song “Rockstar” from Lustra, a rock band who recorded the single “Scotty Doesn’t Know” for the 2004 Eurotrip Original Soundtrack. “If Hannah Montana wants us now, who is next?
