Berry bought the Benedict Canyon Drive property for $2 million when she married singer Eric Benet eight years ago. However, the Monster’s Ball star is hoping to unload the property — which was listed Wednesday — for $5 milion.

The estate features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, landscaped gardens and stone spa. The home is accented with vaulted heavy wood-beamed ceilings, wood floors, fireplaces, a dramatic staircase, and a gourmet kitchen.

Jay complimented the star’s slender frame.

“Thank you for that Jay because that must mean all these pregnancy rumors can be put to bed. I was getting a complex. I was like, I have to stop with the burgers or something,” said Halle, who was the Polaroid of Perfection in a little black dress and knee-high boots.

“Halle is overjoyed. The first time, she struggled so much to get pregnant and eventually conceived through in vitro fertilization. This time, the baby was conceived through artificial insemination.”

“She’s just ecstatic to be pregnant again,” the insider tells Life & Style. “She wasn’t sure if she’d have another baby, so she’s very happy!”

Halle is scheduled to appear as one of the first guests on NBC’s new primetime series, The Jay Leno Show, Sept. 17, when she is expected to announce her pregnancy.

Jerry Seinfeld will be the first guest on Leno’s opening night, but Top Gun Cruise is also set to appear in a segment — on Leno’s second night September 15, Access Hollywood has learned. On September 16, teen queen Miley will appear, followed by Academy Award-winning actress Halle Berry, who will join Leno on September 17.

I wish I could feel like that for the rest of my life, that’s how fantastic it was,” but Halle adds, “Having a baby takes so much from you. It’s the most glorious thing you’ll ever do, but the aftermath is not so glorious!” she jokes. “So now I’m having to exercise, eat a little bit differently, take a lot more vitamins.”

“No. I’m done,” the twice married star replied when asked if she plans to marry partner Gabriel Aubry. “I happened to find a person who feels done too, and he’s never been married before. So it works.”

Halle Berry talks babies and boogeying on tomorrow’s Ellen.

The Oscar-winning actress will be a featured guest on The Ellen DeGeneres Show on Tuesday. On the show, El gives Halle a gift for her daughter Nahla and asks if she’s thinking about having more children.

“Yeah, my mind says yes, but the rest isn’t up to me so we’ll see,” Halle, 42, replied. “I hope I don’t have like 14 more (laughing). That’s all I hope.”

The Oscar-winning star dropped by Leno on Wednesday to promote the launch of her debut fragrance, Halle.
