In her May GOOP newsletter, the Oscar-winning actress offers fans a list of her favorite spring “party jams.”
Making apperances on Gwyn’s hits list are M.I.A.’s “Paper Planes (DFA Remix),” The Killers’ “Mr. Brightside (Jacques Lu Cont’s Thin White Duke Mix),” and Beyonce’s R&B hit “Single Ladies.”
Could Gwyneth Paltrow have been talking about Heathers star Winona Ryder when she wrote this blind item about a fairweather friend on her unpopular lifestyle Web site Goop Thursday?
“Back in the day, I had a ‘frenemy’ who, as it turned out, was pretty hell-bent on taking me down. This person really did what they could to hurt me. I was deeply upset, I was angry, I was all of those things you feel when you find out that someone you thought you liked was venomous and dangerous.”
A young Gwyn was once the roommate of actress Winona Ryder. The women famously fell out after Gwyn landed the lead role in the 1998 film Shakespeare in Love, a part Winona was turned down for.
Gwyneth won a Best Actress Oscar for the role.

The woman who brought you Goop.com is making her trendy wardrobe available to the “little people.”
Academy Award winner Gwyneth Paltrow is designing a Fall/Winter collection for French fashion house ZOEtee’s, ELLE Magazine UK reported on Thursday.
(We’re not sure we want to dress like a woman who names her kids after fruits and biblical figures, but let’s see what transpires.)
The ZOEtee’s Loves Gwyneth collection will include basics made from jersey as well as some ’70s-inspired retro pieces. The collection debuts to the press in London next week.
All proceeds from the sale of ZOEtee’s Loves Gwyneth will be donated to the London’s Kids Company charity.
