Justin Chambers, Rihanna Fight Leukemia For Nigerian Olympian Seun Adebiyi
Rihanna is seeking a bone marrow donor for an Olympic hopeful battling leukemia.
The “Russian Roulette” singer received a letter from 26-year-old Seun Adebiyi, a Nigerian athlete who had hoped to compete in the 2014 Winter Games in skeleton sledding but was diagnosed with leukemia during training. Rihanna has promised to do everything she can to raise awareness about his condition and is working with Grey’s Anatomy star Justin Chambers find Adebiyi a bone marrow donor.
“Leukemia interrupted Seun’s dream of being the first Nigerian in the Winter Olympics, but together we can help him make his dream come true. We need to find him a bone marrow donor,” she said.
Kim Raver Promoted To Series Regular On “Grey’s Anatomy”
Kim Raver has joined the cast of Grey’s Anatomy as a series regular just two months after scrubbing in at Seattle Grace, The Hollywood Reporter said Monday.
Kim made her debut in the ninth episode of the medical drama’s current sixth season, playing Teddy Altman, a new cardio surgeon brought in by her former Army colleague Owen. The doc wasted no time stirring things up with a love triangle between surgeon lovers Owen and Cristina.

Grey’s Anatomy is making a few adjustments to accomodate the baby boom that’s hit the cast of primetime’s Thursday night smash.
TV Guide have learned that Grey’s Anatomy is constructing an on-set nursery for Ellen Pompeo’s 6-week-old daughter Stella, Katherine Heigl’s 1-year-old girl Naleigh, 6-month-old Anniston, who is the daughter of Chyler Leigh, as well as the baby Eric Dane is expecting with wife Rebecca Gayheart early next year.

Izzie survived cancer but could not survive hospital budget cuts — In the final few minutes of Thursday night’s episode of Grey’s, Katherine Heigl’s Dr. Izzie Stevens was fired from the staff of Seattle Grace Hospital.
Dr. Richard Webber let Izzie go after she made a potentially fatal medical error with a kidney patient. Izzie also left husband Dr. Alex Karev via a note she placed in his locker.
