Hilary Duff and co-star Penn Badgley were photographed on the Manhattan set of Gossip Girl on Tuesday.

The singer/actress will guest star in several episodes of the third season of The CW drama, premiering next month.

Emmy-winning talk show hostess and former supermodel Tyra Banks will guest star on the upcoming third season of The CW’s teen soap Gossip Girl, premiering next month.

Entertainment Weekly sources say Tyra will appear alongside Hilary Duff — who will have a recurring role on the series — in a small part as actress Ursula Nyquist.

In season three, Serena (Blake Lively) lands a job as a publicist and is put in charge of handling Ursula at the premiere of the movie star’s latest film.

Tyra Banks is scheduled to show up in Episode 4.

Little Cindy Lou Who rose to fame onthe hit show when it debuted in 2007 and has sped through high school in order to futher pursue her acting career and focus on her band Pretty Reckless.

She tells Teen Vogue Magazine, “I live a very adult life. What am I going to do, hang out with high school kids? I just can’t relate to what they talk about – it seems so petty.”

The producers of Gossip Girl aren’t fans of folks Size 6 & up.

Actress Hilary Duff will appear as a guest star on several episodes of The CW’s R-rated young adult drama has already found herself on the receiving end of sharp tongue-lashing from show bosses, who have ordered the 21-year-old to get to work on dropping a few pounds.

Gossip Girl producers are reportedly concerned that the former star of Disney’s Lizzie McGuire isn’t waify enough to “fit in” with series skinny-minnies Blake Lively and Leighton Meester on the show’s New York City set.

A Star source says: “Hilary is fuming. She’s feeling insecure….”

Hilary Duff will play Olivia Burke, a famous film star in search of the normal college experience at New York University, when the third season of Gossip Girl premieres this fall.
