A restaurant owner who was featured on an early episode of Kitchen Nightmares was found dead on Sunday.
On a 2007 episode of Kitchen Nightmares, acid-tongued foodie Gordon Ramsay famously berated Joseph Cerniglia, owner of the Campania Eatery in North Fair Lawn, New Jersey, for incompetence. Last week, the restaurateur warned by Ramsay that his business would “swim down the Hudson” was found floating lifelessly in that very river.

Would you believe that it was Mr. Nasty himself, Idol pundit Simon Cowell, who persuaded celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay to undergo cosmetic surgery on his chin?
Ramsay owns restaurants in New York and Los Angeles and became famous for his four-letter tirades on shows like Hell’s Kitchen and Kitchen Nightmares. But the 42-year-old tells London’s Radio Times that he went under the knife to bolster confidence in his looks after Cowell insisted the foul-mouthed cook’s wrinkly Leno chin would hamper his career stateside.
“My mother said they were smile lines. I could deal with that at 21 but not at 42. Simon Cowell suggested that now I’m a success in America, I should do something, so I had a filler put under the deep crevices. It hurt.”
Paris Hilton has become the laughing stock of the U.K. after claiming fiery Hell’s Kitchen star Gordon Ramsay is the Prime Minister of Britain.
