National Enquirer moles tell a different story. Celebrity tattles tell the tab George was not only cool with Sarah’s new chi-chis but he actually footed the $12,000 bill for the chest muscles, inspired by supermodel Gisele Bundchen, reigning Queen of the Catwalk.
