Ferg says gaining 17 pounds for Nine allowed her to order lots of foods that were “fried and full of fat” — and she did it with the help of Oscar-winning co-star Penelope Cruz.
“We were eating our brains out,” Fergie told Allure.
Fergie sees a therapist after every time she drinks alcohol.
The Black Eyed Peas star – who has previously battled a nearly fatal addiction to crystal meth- always seeks professional help after a big night out.
” “I love wine but if I go out drinking, I see my trainer and therapist the next day,” Fergie remarks in a new interview with Closer Magazine.
