Fergie and Josh Duhamel are making it official — again. The showbiz couple wed for the second time outside of Santa Barbara on Saturday, RadarOnline.com has learned.
The superstars put rumors of infidelity behind them to renew their vows in a romantic beachside setting on the anniversary weekend of their Jan. 10 wedding, the site reported this weekend. Josh, 37, and Fergie, 34, jetted to the Bacara Resort where a mister renewed their vows on a bluff outside the hotel. The private ceremony lasted less than 15 minutes.

Dick Clark’s landmark New Year’s Eve celebration is getting a familiar face as it moves into its 38th year: Fergie. The Black Eyed Peas’ femme fetale will join the TV legend and its current host, Ryan Seacrest, as the West Coast host of Dick Clark’s New Years Rockin’ Eve, ABC announced Monday. Fergie will be joined by her bandmates The Black Eyed Peas, teen singing sensation Justin “Better In Call The Riot Squad” Bieber, R&B crooner Robin Thicke, Keri Hilson, Selena Gomez, and Orianthi as she rings in the New Year live from Sin City.
Performers from the Times Square broadcast – where Ryan and Dick will broadcast live – will be announced at a later date, ABC said.
Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve With Ryan Seacrest 2010 will kick off @ 10 PM EST on Thursday Dec. 31 on ABC.
Fergie’s mother has spoken out in defense of her “great” son-in-law, following reports the Transformers star – who married the pop singer last January – has cheated with several women.
Last month, Atlanta stripper Nicole Forrester claimed she was intimate with Josh, 37, after he turned up at the club she worked at while in town shooting a movie. It is a allegation Josh categorically denies. For her part, Terri Jackson is convinced her daughter and son-in-low will survive the “absurd” rumors.

Celebrity mistresses are just pimping all over the world this Thursday. It appears Brooke Hundley isn’t the only former puss peddler bringing her sob story to the masses. Nicole Forrester — the stripper who claims she had an affair with Transformers star Josh Duhamel — has reached out to Extra to apologize to the actor’s wife, pop sensation Fergie.
“I thought, ‘Nobody’s gonna find out. It’s not gonna hurt anybody,’” Nicole cries. “I’m sorry. I’m sorry that I didn’t think of it at the time like I think of it now.”
The 34-year-old single mother of two says she slept with Duhamel, 37, while he was filming Live As We Know It in her hometown of Atlanta over the summer. Despite the fallout from their affair, Nicole alleges that Josh has texted her as recently as this week. Josh wed Fergie last January after more than four years of dating.
In an one-on-one interview with Extra, airing this evening, Nicole fumes over being labeled a “homewrecker” by the razor-tongued public.
“She’s standing by her man, so obviously I’m not wrecking the home too bad, huh?” she says.
Talk about bad timing: While Fergie battles accusations that her nine-month marriage to Transformers star Josh Duhamel is on the skids thanks to a roll in the hay with a pole pro, an interview with the December issue of Cosmopolitan Magazine gives a glimpse into a happy union between the stars.
“At that stage of my life, I don’t think I would have thought that about anybody,” she said of meeting her future husband on the set of his show, Las Vegas. “I’d made my list of qualities that I wanted, and you can’t just find out if somebody has those in a week. You have to see somebody’s character. It was learning what he was made of that made me fall in love with him.”
Fergie added that Josh loves the 17 pounds she gained to play the role of Saraghina in the movie musical Nine.
“When I came home from filming, he was excited. He enjoys having both: the extra meat to grab when it’s there and the tight stomach when that’s there. He always gives me compliments. He’s never been critical.”
