The Bachelorette’s Jillian Harris will help Ty Pennington and his crew build a home for a deserving family on a to-be-aired edition of Extreme Makeover: Home Edition. The interior designer is currently filming a special appearance which sees her lending her talents to Brian and Audra Skaggs. The Skaggs’ son, Jhett, received a heart transplant when he was 10-months-old. Now 2, Jhett is in danger due to the condition of his family’s moldy and rotting home.
