After nine seasons, the heartwarming reality series Extreme Makeover: Home Edition will wrap up its run with a special two-part series finale, airing Jan. 6 and 13, ABC said Thursday.

The interior designer is currently filming a special appearance which sees her lending her talents to Brian and Audra Skaggs. The Skaggs’ son, Jhett, received a heart transplant when he was 10-months-old. Now 2, Jhett is in danger due to the condition of his family’s moldy and rotting home.
