Dustin Diamond — who played proverbial nerd Samuel “Screech” Powers on TNBC Saved By The Bell between 1987-1993 — will play himself in the Off-Broadway show The Awesome 80s Prom, TheaterMania.com said Monday. The limited engagement at New York City’s famed Webster Hall will run May 21 through June 26.
