Dr. Phil and Britney Spears have become a couple of peas in a psychotic pod, and the bald doc may be getting ready to hit the ratings jackpot. After the TV shrink met with the recently released psych ward patient early Saturday, she entered talks to appear on Dr. Phil next week.
