The reforming pop singer is currently on a vacation in NYC and spent Wednesday night at the Waverly Inn gushing to entertainment reporters about plans for a duet with Country Music Queen Dolly Parton. Jessica will meet with Dolly next week about doing a duet on Jess’ upcoming country music album. You may recall that it was Jessica who botched the lines to Dolly’s signature hit “9 to 5″ at the 2006 Kennedy Center Honors.
