Amy Winehouse’s marriage to ex-con Blake Fielder-Civil has reached the breaking point, according to recent reports.

The five-time Grammy Award winner is “seriously considering” a divorce after spending months apart from her husband, one British tabloid report claims.

“Everything has changed. I’m trying to move on and I can’t take the pain any more. I’m still thinking about whether to see him,” says one Winehouse pal.

“Things are really bad between her and Blake. She doesn’t know any more if he’s the one. It is really sad but this could be the end.”

Blake was released from jail on charges of assault and witness tampering last week. He has since checked into a rehab facility.

Well this doesn’t sound like a “Groovy Kind of Love.” Looks like third time wasn’t the charm for Phil Collins. The legendary Genesis rocker been ordered to pay his third estranged wife, Orianne Cevey, a staggering $50 million. The payout is believed to be the largest divorce settlement in the history of British showbusiness, topping the nearly $50 million Paul McCartney gave to his former wife Heather Mills and the $34 million Collins paid to second wife Jill Tavelman after dumping her for a 22-year-old Orianne in 1994.

“Marriage has certainly not come cheap for Phil,” a music industry source told the British Daily Mirror. “He has now made two of the biggest divorce payments in showbiz history. At least no one can accuse him of leaving his ex-wives short.”

Phil, 57 and the Swiss-born Orianne, 35, were married for six years and have two children together.

Alex Rodriguez cheated on his pregnant wife with a stripper. Beantown stripper Candice Houlihan says the Yankees third baseman dipped his bat in her during two intimate encounters in 2004; Cynthia was pregnant with the oldest of the couple’s two daughters.

“If it’s true Madonna has sampled Alex’s charms, then she’ll know what I mean when I say she’s a lucky lady,” thirty-two year old Candice tells NOTW.

After a night of tough negotiations, former supermodel Christie Brinkley and her cheating ex Peter Cook have reached a settlement in their tawdry divorce battle, PEOPLE reports. Peter and Christie reached a settlement around 6:15 a.m. this morning. Details of the deal, which will divide real estate, assets, and custody of the couple’s two children, Jack and Sailor, will be revealed in court later today.

Peter and Christie split in 2006 after 10 years of marriage, upon Christie’s discovery of her husband’s infidelity with his eighteen year-old assistant.

UPDATE: In the agreement, Brinkley received sole custody of their two children, Jack, 13, and Sailor, 10, and gets to keep all 18 properties in the Hamptons. She’s agreed to pay Cook $2.1 million.

As the Peter Cook/Christie Brinkley Divorce enters its second week, attorneys for the dueling exes took the fight to The Today Show early Monday.

Christie Brinkley’s estranged husband said Wednesday he had sex with his then-eighteen year old lover in his office and paid her $300,000 while hoping to keep their affair quiet. New York architect Peter Cook is fighting the 70s/80s era glamour model for custody of the couple’s two children, Jack, 13, and Sailor, 10.

A shamed Peter testified that he spent approximately $3,000 on Internet porn during his marriage.

Peter’s former mistress also took the stand on Wednesday. Diana, who was summoned to court by Brinkley’s legal team, says she had sex with her then boss in their Hamptons workplace, as well as several homes owned by Christie.

“In his office he asked me how I would feel if he told me that he was attracted to me and that’s really how it all started,” Bianchi said under oath, the New York Post reports.

“I think I was a little taken aback, but I wasn’t against it either really,” the teen said on the stand. “I wouldn’t say that one of us pushed the other. I would say that it was a mutual thing.”

The proceedings are open to the public.

A Long Island, New York judge ruled Friday that the divorce proceedings of former supermodel Christie Brinkley will remain open to the media, despite opposition from soon-to-be ex-husband Peter Cook.

“Open courtrooms, in general and in divorce actions, may provide a basis for societal education,” Judge Mark D. Cohen said in his ruling.

Christie, an icon on the 80s-era modeling scene, filed for divorce from Peter in 2006, after discovering the businessman had engaged in an affair with his then eighteen year old assistant.
