Selena Gomez will take a final bow on Disney’s Wizards of Waverly Place at the end of the show’s fourth season.
The Ramona & Beezus actress has agreed to film a final season of the popular children’s show and admits she’s “heartbroken” about the thought of bidding farewell to her castmates after filming wraps.
“Unfortunately, I’m doing my last season of my show, which I’m really heartbroken about. That’s gonna be a terrible time for me,” Gomez told MTV.com this week. “I’m gonna do a movie for my show, which I’ll be excited to end it with, and then a tour.”

Sailing the friendly seas with Disney has gone coach. The Mouse has drastically cut the budget for Pirates Of The Caribbean: On Stranger Tides — the long-awaited fourth film in the studio’s blockbuster Pirates franchise.
In a recent chat with The Los Angeles Times, producer Jerry Bruckheimer confirmed that Disney chairman Rich Ross wants the company to be “mean, lean, and cost effective.” In a effort to cut down on costs, Disney will be spending $100 million less on Pirates 4 than it did on 2007′s At Worlds End.
