Michael Lohan’s loose lips could land him behind bars. TMZ.com reports that a taped telephone conversation the ex-con had with ex-wife Dina Lohan was in violation of a court order. In 2005, Dina was granted a restraining order in Nassau County against Michael that prevented him from calling his estranged ex until 2011.One of the phone conversations Michael leaked to RadarOnline this week was recorded in 2008.

The controversial tapes confirmed previously rumored details about the couple’s famous daughter Lindsay.

“I have had a criminal order of protection from the domestic violence sector since 2005,” Dina told E! News. “He was not supposed to even be harassing me by phone.”

Michael Lohan has been publicly pleading with the actress to seek professional help for her reported addiction to prescription drugs. In recent appearances on Maury and The Insider, Michael has claimed his estranged daughter’s alleged drug habit has left her on “death’s doorstep.”

In an open letter published in In Touch Magazine earlier this month: the born-again Christian wrote: “I have held your vacant body in my arms, felt the tears fall down your face, and I tried every way to make you see what is happening to you….I have helped so many others ’successfully,’ Linds, please, Honey, let me help you. Let me help you get your life back so that you can build it to where you once were.”

Looks like Lindsay isn’t the only Lohan earning her meal ticket on the runway these days. Just days after the 23-year-old actress introduced her inaugural collection as Ungaro’s artistic advisor, stage mom Dina Lohan has announced that she will be launching a collection of shoes — christened “Shoe-Han” — for Long Island based chain LoveMyShoes.com.

Dina will serve as national spokesmodel for the retailer in a series of television and radio promos, premiering next month. Dina’s “Shoe-Han” is due in stores just in time for Mother’s Day 2010.

The network has pulled the plug on The Lohan Clan’s summer reality series after only one season. Dina Lohan used the show as a vehicle to break her 15-year-old daughter Ali into showbusiness and change the poor public image of her controversial family, but the matriarch stage mom claims E! had other plans.

“I only did the show to defuse the rumors,” she told Life & Style at the Nylon and Nike sportswear event on Tuesday. “And then they wanted us to do these crazy things, like my son cheating on his girlfriend, me faking a pregnancy. I was like, ‘No, no, no! They had ideas that weren’t conducive to our ideas.”

Nonetheless, Dina promises fans haven’t seen the last of the Lohans.

“We’re working with another network on another idea,” Dina revealed. “Yeah, not reality per se, but a realistic show.”

Dina Lohan is a Twittering nutjob…

Lohan Family matriarch Dina Lohan took to her Twitter blog early Wednesday, where she launched a bizarre rant against a hotel housekeeper, who she accuses of assaulting her…..with a towel.

The reality TV stagemom spouted off in a series of strange postings on her Twitter this morning, complaining after the venue she is staying at only provided her with two towels.

“I dialed the operator and she just transfered me to housekeeping but i am being ignored and DISCRIMINATED once again! someone PLEASE help……” Dina wrote, beginning a series a weird Tweets that would continue for more than two hours.

Dina later returned and accused hotel staff of tossing a towel at her so hard that her skin was bruised….(We don’t make this stuff up….)

“I WAS JUST ASSAULTED BY HOUSEKEEPING STAFF SHE SWORE BACK AT ME AND THREW THE TOWELS AT ME I AM IN SHOCK I THINK THE TOWELS LEFT A MARK ON M….” the star of E!’s Living Lohan wrote a short time later.

The phrase “Bitch, Please!” springs to mind, but let’s see what else transpired.

“i need a camera IMMEDIATELY to document my injuries from this RECKLESS woman how dare she! i am shaking will someone provide me with a camer…..”

Moments later, Dina wrote: “being held HOSTAGE in my room, I fear the woman who assaulted me and swore back at me is in the hallway screaming in a strange language…..I don’t condone violence but she swore back at me and ASSAULTED with the towels am I to defend??? I am gentle but a beast when you turn me..”

After a small army of fellow Tweeters chided Dina for getting so worked up over a towel, she angrily signed off by saying: “I would like to see you all get towels thrown VIOLENTLY at you and see how much it assaults you do not JUDGE me my injuries sustained are HO…”

WTF does “my injuries sustained are HO” mean?

Stage mom Dina Lohan has jumped to defense of daughter Lindsay Lohan in the wake of reports that the most famous of her four children is under investigation for swiping several hundred thousand dollars worth of jewels during a photoshoot with Elle UK in London last month.

Despite the fact that it was she who introduced her daughter to showbusiness as a child, Dina is now demanding that everyone just leave Linds alone.

“Last month her personal cell was posted online and now her phone messages have been hacked,” the star of E!’s Living Lohan told PEOPLE Thursday. “This must stop. She is a 22-year-old girl who needs to live her life in peace.”

The furious Mama Bear added, “The tabloids need to leave her alone with all the lies and reporting with no proof.”

Neither of the famous moms have kids who have wed – but they still managed to top a new list of nightmare mama-in-laws.

The Mean Girls star has been left so devastated by her split from DJ Samantha Ronson last week that friends fears she is on the brink of emotional collapse if she doesn’t seek the help of a professional soon.

Earlier this week, Lindsay complained that she was sick over the split with Ronson.

“Lindsay is on hiatus with her publicist because she’s not working or booking jobs. She is completely unmanageable,” says the insider. “Dina is begging Lindsay’s friends to go there and help her. All of Lindsay’s life, Dina never acted like a role model. She only ever wanted to be her friend. Lindsay keeps getting used.”
