There is, however, a custody battle raging over a dog he shared with ex-wife Denise Richards, TMZ.com reports. The ex-Bond Babe is furious that Charlie branded her a “dog thief” in a tweet heard around the Interwebs this week. That’s because she says Charlie is a dog abuser, who caused the death of her beloved pug last year.
