This just in: Denise Richards is using her daughters! The ugly custody war between self-absorbed Denise and her buffoon of an ex, Charlie Sheen, is about to get even more gruesome as the one-time Bond beauty plans more screen time for the couple’s young daughters, Sam and Lola, in a bid to create an even bigger ratings boost for her already popular reality show, Denise Richards: It’s Complicated.

“She wants to continue using the kids and (ex-husband) Charlie (Sheen) for ratings, and Charlie is determined to stop it,” an insider tells OK! Magazine.

After taking a beating on The View and the Today Show on Wednesday, Denise Richards is back on the morning chat show circuit, bringing her E! reality show promo campaign to Fox & Friends on Thursday morning. Denise got candid about her relationship with ex-husband Charlie Sheen and her famous fallout with ex-bestest Heather Locklear:

“Our friendship did not dissolve because of Richie….I met Heather through Charlie. Shortly after Charlie and I split, our friendship had dissolved. She had already filed for divorce, she was already involved with someone else when we got together. Richie and I remained friends. We were both vulnerable, going through a difficult divorce.
