David Duchovny and Tea Leoni have separated.

It’s curtains once again for the X Factor actor and his longtime wife, who first called it quits in 2008, amid reports of Duchovny’s infidelity. David entered rehab for sex addiction — ironically, the same afflication that plagues his character on Showtime’s Californication — and he and Tea reconciled later that year.
At the same time, Duchovny insisted the brief separation was the “best thing” that could have happened for the relationship.

So could another reunion be in the works?

Sex-crazed star David Duchovny is suing Britain’s Daily Mail for $1 million in damages after the tab claimed the Californication star had an affair with his tennis instructor, Edit Pakay.

“This is false. It never happened,” David suit states.

David Duchovny has been setting up secret love matches with his tennis coach.
