Daniel Radcliffe has splashed out over $6 million on a townhouse in New York City.
The property, located in New York’s chic West Village, boasts five bedrooms and a 39ft long garden. The home purchase was completed last month and is the Harry Potter star’s third real estate property in the Big Apple.
Daniel — who earned a spot in the Guinness Book of World Records at the highest-grossing film star of the decade — already has a fifth-floor apartment in the trendy SoHo district and a $6 million condo that overlooks the Hudson River.

Daniel, who plays boy wizard Harry Potter, earned an average of $558 million for his work in the series. While Emma, who stars as Hermione Granger, clocked $753.7 million for her work on the big screen, which includes the animated movie The Tale of Despereaux.
Daniel Radcliffe has donated an undisclosed sum of money to a non-profit group that provides counseling to suicidal gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgender teenagers.
Daniel Radcliffe — who has been on the receiving end of gay rumors for much of his career — has lashed out at homophobes, blasting people who hate same-sex couples as repulsive and uneducated.
He tells gay-friendly Attitude Magazine: “I just loathe homophobia. It’s just disgusting and animal and stupid and it’s just thick people who can’t get their heads around it and are just scared. I grew up around gay people entirely. I was the only child in my class who had any experience of homosexuality or anything like that.”
The Harry Potter star is reportedly dating his former Equus co-star, actress Laura O’Toole. Earlier this month, Daniel revealed that he finds it “awesome” when fans think he is gay.

In an interview with the July 27 issue of Star Magazine, the 20-year-old actor reveals that he hass been dating his 24-year-ol Laura O’Toole since late 2007. Laura co-starred with Daniel in the Broadway production of Equus.
“My girlfriend is Laura O’Toole, and she was in Equus with me, but I don’t really want to talk about that, because she’s not here and it’s not fair. Sorry!”
