Two-time Oscar winner Daniel Day-Lewis will star as America’s 16th president Abraham Lincoln in the Steven Spielberg-directed flick Lincoln, we’ve learned.

The announcement came Friday, the 147th anniversary of Lincoln’s famous Gettysburg Address.
