“Dancing With the Stars” judges Bruno Tonioli and Carrie Ann Inaba will compete against each other in “Dance War: Bruno vs. Carrie Ann,” debuting Monday, Dec. 7, on ABC. During the six-week series, each of the judges will have a team of amateur singers/dancers to guide as they perform each week and hope for the most votes from viewers.
