Courteney Cox is more desperate than ever to star in a big screen version of Friends after her most recent TV project Dirt was axed by FX last week. Courteney is convinced Friends: The Movie would be a smash after watching the box office success of this Summer’s Sex And The City. Former Friends stars David Schwimmer, Matthew Perry, Lisa Kudrow and Matt LeBlanc are reportedly keen on the idea; only actress Jennifer Aniston, who hit worldwide fame for her role as “Rachael” on the NBC Thursday night sitcom, is still holding out. Jenn is reportedly worried a film adaptation would stereotype her as an actress.
