Each year, the Academy of Motion Picture & Film Sciences pays tribute to the work of late Hollywood stars who passed away in the preceding year. And each year, it seems some dearly departed film idol is left lost in the sauce in a sometimes glaring omission from the In Memorian reel. In 2010, former Charlie’s Angels actress Farrah Fawcett got the snub treatment. At Sunday’s 83rd Annual Academy Awards, it was trouble-prone actor Corey Haim, star of ’80s teen classics like The Lost Boys and License to Drive, who was a forgotten man.
