Andy Samberg and Justin Timberlake have done it again.
The duo –who won an Emmy for their 2007 Saturday Night Live sketch “Dick In A Box” — have teamed up once again for the Mother’s Day tribute, “Motherlover,” which debuted on this weekend’s SNL.
After a brief hospital stay, Jay Leno returned to The Tonight Show on Monday night.
The comedian was hospitalized for suspected dehydration last Thursday, but joked that his first leave of absence in 17 years as the face of NBC late night to the swine flu outbreak.
Jay, who was discharged on Friday, is celebrating his 59th birthday today.

The star of NBC’s The Tonight Show says he’ll perform on the house in Ohio next month following the loss of thousands of DHL shipping jobs. Jay’s free Ohio show takes place May 10 in Wilmington, a community of 12,000 approximately 30 miles southeast of Dayton, which has been described as devastated by the DHL plant’s recent move to Kentucky.
Leno gave two free performances in Detroit earlier this month.

The 21-year-old, who played Troy Bolton in the first three HSM films, spoofed his career by giving a commencement address to a class of East High seniors.
“Here’s the deal, no one sings at college, and from what I can tell, this is America’s only singing high school,” Troy says. “People just stared at me, there was zero choreography, zero!”
