How about ringing in 2010 with pop diva Christina Aguilera? The “Beautiful” hitmaker is taking on hostessing duties at the Dec. 31 party at Tao Nightclub in Las Vegas’ Venetian Resort — and she’s inviting the public to join her.

Tickets are available for $150 and include entry into the club, food, and an open bar.

“It’s important to keep a strong sense of yourself when you’re a mom,” Christina — who is married to music exec Jordan Bratman — reveals in the November issue of Cosmpolitan UK. “You’re still you and you can still be confident in your sexuality.”

The star also reveals that she likes walking around in her birthday suit — and when it comes to stripping, no one gets Xtina in the zone better than her husband.

“I feel sexiest in the nude,” Max’s mommy explains. “When you see something you dislike and your partner embraces it. It makes you feel good. You know, the scars of life are beautiful. I love a bubble bath with my husband and a glass of wine,He has a way of making me feel sexy.”

“Christina Aguilera, I think is a really horrible, nasty person and I would never work with her again.” Why? “Because she’s not nice. She’s just not a nice person. Legendary entertainer Cher has inked a deal to star alongside Christina Aguilera in the “Genie In A Bottle” star’s motion picture debut, Screen Gems’ musical Burlesque.

Christina will play a talented young singer from a small town who finds success and love while performing at a burlesque club in Los Angeles. Cher will play Tess, a former dancer who runs the club, Variety has learned.

“She brings a soulfulness and gravitas to this character that will ground the story,” he tells the trade paper. “The only person who was more excited than I am is Christina,” Screen Gems President Clint Culpepper told the trade mag late Monday.

Burlesque will be the first movie appearance for Cher since her role in Tea with Mussolini in 1999.

“Gwen happily signed her name on a napkin promising the TV talker she’d send his boy a photo in the mail,” according to the June 1 issue of The Globe. “But when she went to hand it over, Larry looked puzzled before finally admitting, ‘I thought you were Christina Aguilera.’”
