Shakira and Christie drop to help a Mode photoshoot get back on track after things go haywire while the magazine is on location in the Bahamas, TV Guide has learned. The episode, titled “The Bahamas Triangle,” is scheduled to air during November sweeps.

“We’re huge fans of Shakira,” Ugly Betty creator Silvo Horta told PEOPLE Wednesday. “We had a very memorable moment in the third episode where Betty has a makeover that goes wrong and she struts down the street to ‘Hips Don’t Lie.’ We’ve mentioned her several times over the course of the series and have always wanted to work with her. She’s an enormous Latina icon, as is Betty, and we thought it was a perfect fit.”

The third season of Ugly Betty premieres Fri., Oct. 9 @ 8/7c on ABC.

Christie wants to set the “Clarity” crooner up on a date with Alexa Ray Joel, the four-time divorcee’s 23-year-old daughter with “piano man” Billy Joel, a new report claims.

Maybe the bitter divorce battle with former hubby Peter Cook has fried her brain?

“They could make beautiful music together,” Christie has reportedly said of Alexa, an aspiring blues singer, and John.

According to the June 22 issue of The Globe: The supermodel told pals she thinks that John is adorable and would be ‘perfect dating material’ for Alexa.

After four unsuccessful attempts at wedded bliss, Christie Brinkley has no plans to walk down the aisle again.

“I would never get married again,” the iconic former supermodel says in Ladies Home Journal’s July 2009 issue. “With what I know I don’t see why anyone would get married.”

We can’t say we blame her. Just last summer, Christie went through a very public, very nasty divorce battle with architect Peter Cook, who admitted to having an affair with 18-year-old assistant Diana Bianchi during their marriage. Peter also copped to spending thousands of dollars on Internet porn.

“I feel like I should apologize to everybody for them having to read all of that tawdry stuff, and having it delivered to their kitchen tables when their kids are around, you know?” Christie says.

The spat ended with a $2.1 million settlement for Peter and custody of the couple’s two children – Jack and Sailor – for Christie. In the new interview, Christie revealed that it was singing former flame Billy Joel who helped her through that difficult time.

“Billy’s great. He’s godfather to Jack and Sailor, and you know there have been times when I have had to spend time with lawyers or whatever and he’s babysat,” she said. “He lives nearby, so he’s like, ‘Send ‘em over here!’”

The recently divorcedformer supermodel, who helped launched the “Got Milk?”campaign in 1995, is showing off a milk mustache for the third time in a newly unveiled ad for the nutritional campaign.

After a night of tough negotiations, former supermodel Christie Brinkley and her cheating ex Peter Cook have reached a settlement in their tawdry divorce battle, PEOPLE reports. Peter and Christie reached a settlement around 6:15 a.m. this morning. Details of the deal, which will divide real estate, assets, and custody of the couple’s two children, Jack and Sailor, will be revealed in court later today.

Peter and Christie split in 2006 after 10 years of marriage, upon Christie’s discovery of her husband’s infidelity with his eighteen year-old assistant.

UPDATE: In the agreement, Brinkley received sole custody of their two children, Jack, 13, and Sailor, 10, and gets to keep all 18 properties in the Hamptons. She’s agreed to pay Cook $2.1 million.

As the Peter Cook/Christie Brinkley Divorce enters its second week, attorneys for the dueling exes took the fight to The Today Show early Monday.

Christie Brinkley’s estranged husband said Wednesday he had sex with his then-eighteen year old lover in his office and paid her $300,000 while hoping to keep their affair quiet. New York architect Peter Cook is fighting the 70s/80s era glamour model for custody of the couple’s two children, Jack, 13, and Sailor, 10.

A shamed Peter testified that he spent approximately $3,000 on Internet porn during his marriage.

Peter’s former mistress also took the stand on Wednesday. Diana, who was summoned to court by Brinkley’s legal team, says she had sex with her then boss in their Hamptons workplace, as well as several homes owned by Christie.

“In his office he asked me how I would feel if he told me that he was attracted to me and that’s really how it all started,” Bianchi said under oath, the New York Post reports.

“I think I was a little taken aback, but I wasn’t against it either really,” the teen said on the stand. “I wouldn’t say that one of us pushed the other. I would say that it was a mutual thing.”

A Long Island, New York judge ruled Friday that the divorce proceedings of former supermodel Christie Brinkley will remain open to the media, despite opposition from soon-to-be ex-husband Peter Cook.

“Open courtrooms, in general and in divorce actions, may provide a basis for societal education,” Judge Mark D. Cohen said in his ruling.

Christie, an icon on the 80s-era modeling scene, filed for divorce from Peter in 2006, after discovering the businessman had engaged in an affair with his then eighteen year old assistant.
