The French fashion guru is turning the $90 million Holmby Hills, California estate into his company’s headquarters, but he has other plans for Neverland into a haven for fans of the King of Pop.

“I can have the house in one month now,” Audigier revealed Thursday. “I get the keys two weeks from today.”

Neverland — which MJ abandoned after his 2005 child molestation trial — currently belongs to Audigier’s associate Hubert Guez.

In an interview with Agence France-Presse Thursday, Audigier said: “I bought the Michael Jackson house. It’s something I’m gonna open just for the birthday (sic) of his death every June, where the media is gonna be able to come in and we’ll do exposes, etc.”

Audigier had been developing a clothing line with Michael Jackson prior to his anesthesia-induced death last June.

In Paris for the French launch of his Los Angeles-based celebrity clothing brands on the day of Jackson’s funeral, the self-made mogul expressed regret over missing his pal’s burial.

“I miss him,” he said. “God bless him.”

Less than a month after calling it quits with wife of ten years, Kate Gosselin, Jon Gosselin is back in the spotlight with a new career and a new girlfriend.

On Saturday, the star of TLC’s Jon & Kate Plus 8, took a meeting with Christian Audigier of the Ed Hardy brand in St. Tropez, France.

According to a source close to the designer, Christian is interested in having Jon design a Bluetooth cell phone headset for the brand.

As fans of the TLC series are aware, Jon quit his job to stay at home and take care of his sextuplets and a set of twins.

According to RadarOnline, also in attendance at today’s meeting in France was Jon’s new mistress, a woman identified as Hailey Glassman, the 22-year-old daughter of the doctor who performed a tummy tuck procedure on Jon’s estranged wife, Kate Gosselin. Jon’s visit to Paris made headlines as the paps caught the couple holding hands as they strolled through the city.

The pair have reportedly been dating for a few months.

Jon and Kate Gosselin confirmed that they are divorcing on the June 22 episode of Jon & Kate Plus 8.

Former Spice Girl Victoria Beckham and her high-end clothing line is receiving some harsh criticism from French designer Christian Audigier.

“I like her, she is a nice girl, but she is not completely my style. I have seen some of her designs – they are very simple. It’s difficult for an artist or a singer to enter into the world of fashion,” Audigier explains.

Audigier, who is the brains behind top-selling lines like Von Dutch, Diesel, and Ed Hardy, feels that Victoria is in a difficult position to market her line because she has no formal fashion training.

“You can’t just rely on your name to help you sell. The way to sell and who to sell to and what you want to accomplish, these are all things you will need help with if you’re entering into the world.”

Michael Jackson “dreamed” of starting a clothing line, according to Von Dutch designer Christian Audigier.

The 50-year-old pop legend was in the process of designing a collection with French fashion guru Christian Audigier when he passed away after suffering a suspected cardiac arrest last Thursday, June 25.

“I was working on merchandising with him and launching a new line of clothes, which was actually Michael’s dream,” Christian explained to BANG Showbiz on Wednesday.

Audigier is well known for his Ed Hardy collection and was planning to bring some of his style to a line developed in cooperation with the King of Pop.

“A month-and-a-half ago I had a dinner at his house and he was in perfect shape and was really happy and excited to be coming to London and what has happened since then has been very sad,” Audigier continued.

“It was based on various types of merchandising on different products, also accessories. What he wanted from me was the T-shirts and the hoodies and the caps. And it was very kind of royalist – kind of a mix of the real Michael Jackson and his alter-ego as the King of Pop.”

Christian nearly hit the roof when he learned that after months of sweating over designs — which were approved by Madge — the “Borderline” hitmaker had changed her mind about diving into the world of colorful sketches and catwalks after her application to adopt an orphan was rejected by a family court judge in the African nation of Malawi.

The National Enquirer writes: “Outraged Audigier says Madonna agreed to sign contracts for the deal a month ago, but when the Malawi authorities nixed her plea to adopt a native daughter, the distraught star blew off her designer pal, saying she was ‘depressed…and not in the right frame of mind” to continue working on the collection.

Madonna is in talks to create a collection with Christian Audigier designer Ed Hardy. The Hard Candy star has been offered six-figure sum to create a new line of tattoo-inspired T-shirts for the upscale fashion house, Britain’s Daily Mirror reported on Friday.

The proposed collection would be the the second for Madge, who designed a line of threads for H&M in 2007.
