Rihanna and her former boyfriend Chris Brown reportedly spent time at the same New York hotel over the weekend. The pair spent the weekend at Manhattan’s Trump International Hotel and Tower — despite the fact that Chris is barred from being near the “Umbrella” star after pleading guilty to assaulting her as part of a plea bargain earlier this summer.
“The two spent the weekend at the same luxury Midtown hotel under a cloak of secrecy,” The NY Post wrote on Sunday.
Rihanna and Brown appear to have taken great measures to avoid public exposure, including the use of decoy vehicles to throw off reporters and photographers, the tabloid claims.
Earlier this week, Chris Brown issued a public apology for beating Rihanna in an altercation last February.

Chris Brown has reached a plea bargain in his felony assault case.
Rihanna did not have to testify.
Chris pleaded guilty to committing felony assault against his pop star ex Rihanna in a brawl last February during a hearing in a Los Angeles courtroom on Monday. According to the crooner’s attorney Mark Geragos, was sentenced to five years of supervised probation, two weeks of domestic violence counseling, and six months (180 days) of community service.
Rihanna entered the Los Angeles courtroom after Chris had left and accepted a stay-away order, which prevents her from having any contact Chris until Aug. 5. Chris Brown must also stay at least 50 feet away from the singer.
