Lindsay isn’t letting her new court-appointed accessory get in the way of her fun. Homegirl’s spent the week hanging out all over Hollywood with her court-ordered SCRAM alcohol-monitoring device secured safely around her ankle. So naturally, the star is turning to her celebrity pals for help as she tries to stay alcohol-free in style.

“Can CHANEL please help me out by getting me some stickers to put on my scram bracelet so that I can at least wear a chic dress?! maybe!?” LiLo Tweeted on Thursday night, asking the famed fashion house — headed up by hardnosed designer Karl Lagerfeld — for help.

So far, no response from Chanel. Imagine that.

Lily Allen, consider yourself replaced. The British songbird — an outspoken advocate against almost everything has been dropped as the face of Chanel Handbags and replaced by French singer Vanessa Paradis, perhaps best known as Johnny Depp’s “baby mama.”

The “Not Fair” singer fronted an advertising campaign for the French fashion house’s Coco Cocoon bag last year, but her contract has since expired and won’t be renewed after Lils got on the bad side of former pal and Chanel creative director Karl Lagerfeld.

The first images of Lily Allen’s Chanel ad campaign have finally hit the web.

In the no-holds-barred songstress’ first campaign for the acclaimed French fashion house, Lily designer strikes a pose in a series of black & white snaps promoting Chanel’s Fall/Winter 2009/10 collection. Posted up alongside Lily are several designs from the new Coco Cocoon Collection.

The bags, which are reversable and can be turned inside, will premiere this October.
