I feel inferior to people like Paris Hilton & Britney Spears. You know why, right? When the newly announced Visa Black Card launches, I am not going to be eligible to get one. Paris Hilton, Miley Cyrus (when she turns 18), Lindsay Lohan and Britney Spears will get one with no problem. Why? Because only the top 1% of the wealthiest US population is eligible for the card.

One of our favorite methods for discovering the best or most popular celebrity gossip blogs is the one that uses actually statistics. For example, The Dirt 100 Top 100 Gossip Blogs or The EW Directory Best Celebrity Blogs ranking. Both of these websites use actual statistics to determine the most popular celebrity blogs and they do a pretty good job.

Another method for determining the best gossip blogs is to look at celebrity awards sites like Reader’s Choice Polls . These polls are useful, though they can definitely be unnaturally skewed.

PopCrunch has put together a list of the top 25 celebrity health nuts of all time. And we encourage you to add to the list in the comment section.

1. Arnold Schwarzenegger. It was his success at bodybuilding and weight lifting that launched his movie career and eventual rise to Governor of California. Not only did Arnold turn weight-lifting mainstream with his classic Pumping Iron video, but he even inspired the world famous Hans & Franz Saturday Night Live skit.
2. Richard Simmons. Look beyond the goofy haircut, off kilter behavior and 70s gym clothes, and you’ll find a man who walks it like he talks it. Richard Simmons has spent more than three decades helping people fight the battle of the bulge. His fitness videos have sold in excess of 20 million copies.
3. Carmen Electra. Carmen Electra’s area of expertise includes more than party girl and star of straight-to-video movies. Her fitness DVDs include “Aerobic Striptease,” “Fit to Strip,” and “The Lap Dance and Hip-Hop.”
4. Jane Fonda. Oscar-winning actress Jane Fonda was one of the pioneers of video fitness with her sensationally popular 1980s “Jane Fonda’s Workout” tapes. She is still in the exercise game, offering more than 20 varieties of workouts, stretching, yoga and stress reduction DVDs.
5. Chuck Norris. Chuck Norris is a Hollywood fixture and long-time star of action movies and the popular “Walker, Texas Ranger” television series. He’s also a practitioner of martial arts, and spokesman for the “Total Gym” exercise system, marketed through television infomercials.
6. Suzanne Somers. Suzanne Somers, the iconic 70s sitcom star, is a longtime fitness fiend. Her books on diet and health have made the best seller lists, and a number of her products, especially the Thighmaster, promise fitness in just a few minutes a day. Her latest offering are “Somersize” diet bars, shakes and nutritional supplements.
7. Billy Blanks. Billy Blanks developed Tae Bo, the fitness system that made him a household word, while operating an exercise studio in Boston. The system, a unique combination of dance moves and the martial art Tae Kwon Do, became popular after Blanks moved to Southern California and garnered a show business clientele.
8. Denise Austin. Denise Austin has been one of America’s favorite and most visible fitness experts for some 20 years. Her “Daily Workout” and “Fit and Lite” programs air five times per week on the Lifetime cable network.
9. Dr. Richard Rey [aka "Dr 90210']. Brazilian-born Richard Rey is as glamorous as the cosmetic surgery patients he treats in Beverly Hill’s gilded ghetto. He’s the star of the cable TV hit Dr. 90210, where, along with other gorgeous colleagues, he lifts, tucks and tightens a variety of body parts.
10. Jenny McCarthy. Jenny McCarthy has gained fame as a starlet, TV personality and Playboy Playmate. Recently, she’s become a spokesperson for mothers of special needs children after publishing her book Louder Than Words: A Mother’s Journey in Healing Autism, about her experiences parenting a young autistic son.

12. Sandahl Bergman. Actress/dancer Sandahl Bergman is most well-known for her starring roles in “Conan the Barbarian” and “Red Sonja.” She’s also had a successful career as a fitness trainer and star of exercise videos, including the best-selling “The Firm.”
13. Dr. Deepak Chopra. Dr. Deepak Chopra has become one of the most famous names in complementary/ mind-body medicine. He’s published a series of best-selling books, appears widely on television and as a lecturer, and directs The Chopra Center in Carlsbad, Calif.
14. Alison Davis. Alison Davis stars in three of the massively popular The Firm [warning: auto-start video] exercise videos, including “Bootcamp Maximum Calorie Burn,” “Ultimate Fat Burning” and “Pilates Band.” Her exercise philosophy is: “Working out should never feel like a job.”
15. Dr. Adrienne Denese. Hungarian-born and Cornell University-educated dermatologist Adrienne Denese has made her name specializing in anti-aging medicine. She operates a medi-spa in Manhattan, and her skincare products are sold on the QVC shopping channel.
16. Cathe Friedrich. Cathe Friedrich is a fitness pioneer, and has been producing and starring in exercise videos and DVDs since 1988. Her 41+ aerobics videos are consistently the top-selling titles in fitness catalogs and direct response marketing.
17. Marilu Henner. Marilu Henner has taken her TV fame [she was a cast member of the sitcom classic "Taxi"] and become one of popular culture’s leading wellness proponents, with her “Total Health Makeover” and best-selling books.
18. Sara Ivanhoe. Athlete and actress turned yoga instructor, Sara Ivanhoe believes that anyone can do yoga, and her LA-based classes and TV appearances (FitTV, Oxygen Network, etc.) are devoted to sharing the ancient art with the widest variety of people possible. Her yoga videos and DVDs, focusing on alignment and strength training, have sold more than 3.5 million copies.
19. Dr. Caroline Myss. Medical intuitive, healer, visionary, Dr. Caroline Myss has staked a unique place in American culture with her series of best-selling books and educational programs combining varieties of mystical traditions, spirituality and consciousness. She is a regular guest on “Oprah” and a best-selling writer.
20. Peter Nielsen. Personal trainer and TV/ radio fitness show host Peter Nielsen was diagnosed with severe Crohn’s Disease as a teenager. He conquered the disease via a program of exercise and diet, and now shares his story with other sufferers through personal and his TV and radio appearances.
21. Dr.Christiane Northrup. “Women’s Bodies, Women’s Wisdom,” her 1994 best-seller, helped turn Dr. Northrup from a Maine ob/gyn to an international celebrity. A familiar face on many TV shows, including “Oprah,” she has dedicated her life to teaching women how to achieve and maintain physical health via personal empowerment.
22. Dr. Mehmet Oz. Dr. Oz has become a household name through his frequent appearances on the “Oprah” show, where he explores the wonders of the human body, and answers audience and viewer questions. He’s also a noted cardiothoracic surgeon at New York-Presbyterian Hospital and a pioneer in minimally-invasive heart surgery.
23. Greg Smithey. Greg Smithey is a former Olympic track-and-field athlete who made his name as the star of the original “Buns of Steel” video, back in the days of leg warmers and spandex leotards. He’s still at it, and his “Easy Aerobics” tape in recommended for those new to exercising.
24. Karen Voight. Karen Voight has taught fitness for more than two decades. She’s starred in 25 videos and DVDs, and is know for her diverse fitness style, which includes Pilates, yoga, strength and cardiovascular training. She also writes a fitness column for the Los Angeles Times.
25. Tamilee Webb. Tamilee Webb (”Buns of Steel” and “Abs of Steel”) is one of the most well-known fitness experts in America. Her videos, DVDs and books, including “Workout for Dummies,” have garnered her audience in the millions.

Literally.

According to the sharp-eyed folks over at Defamer, Britney made the scene at a club in Hollywood called Tigerheat (we’ve never been, but it, uh, looks like a place where our heterosexuality would feel very lonely) on Thursday night with a few friends and a few bodyguards. As the crowd swelled around her roped off VIP area, some unfortunate fellow made the gargantuan mistake of reaching across the ropes and into the booth area. He was very quickly shot with a Taser gun and escorted out of the club by several members of Britney’s protective entourage.

We know what you’re thinking because it crossed our mind, too. Where, oh where, was this bodyguard and his little fun stun gun the first time Kevin approached?

Federline has reportedly made this oh-so-generous offer to his soon to be ex-wife in their custody battle over their two sons: fifty million bucks and they’re all yours, honey. (We’re pretty sure he would still love them and stuff. Pretty sure. Actually, maybe they should write that into the custody agreement. Better to get things like that in writing so when the kids are referred to counselors, it’ll make things a bit more clear.)

Fifty million dollars is a lot, to be certain. But we urge Britney not be too hasty in her refusal of this offer. Does she want money in the bank or does she want to make sure her sons never show up wearing tiny little wife beaters? Does she want to maintain her wealth or does she want those two little precious angels hygienically healthy? Is the money really all that important when parting with it assures your kids won’t be forced to watch their father perform at their elementary school talent show? These are questions that she must seriously consider.

Our advice?

Offer him fifty boxes of Twinkies and a roll of quarters. We think he’d take that.
