Academy Award-winning actress Catherine Zeta-Jones has voluntarily entered a mental health facility after a year that has seen the Chicago star’s husband — actor Michael Douglas — diagnosed with a life-threatening form of throat cancer as he dealt with the incarceration of his drug dealer son.
The actress has been married to Douglas for 10 years and the couple have two children together, Dylan and Carys.
