The thirty-seven year old former Baywatch beauty had her breast implants replaced and underwent liposuction on her stomach in Beverly Hills last week, The National Enquirer reports.
“Carmen stays in great shape…but she’s closing in on forty and felt she needed a little body and fender work,” a tabloid mole whispers. “Her first priorty was to have her saline breast implants replaced with silicone.”
