TMZ reports that Girls Gone Wild mogul Joe Francis has filed suit against 2008’s Playboy Playmate, Jayde Nicole and her boyfriend, Brody Jenner of The Hills, stemming from a threeway throwdown the trio had at West Hollywood watering hole Guys & Dolls on August 27.
Joe, who has been cleared by police of all charges in connection with the brawl, claims he was in fear for life after the 115-pound brunette threatened to kill him.

Appearing on MTV reality shows doesn’t make you famous — Brody Jenner learned that lesson that hard way while manuvering through Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) on Sept. 27.
Brody — who is featured on the MTV reality drama The Hills — didn’t want to be pestered by squealing fans as he tried to board his flight, but received a rude awakening when he requested an escort from LAX security.
A spywitness tells Star: “Brody asked security to escort him to the gate. He didn’t want to be bothered by fans…But he was left to walk to his gate alone when none of the staff knew who he was!”
Security camera footage has surfaced of an alleged fight between The Hills’ Brody Jenner, his girlfriend former Playboy Playmate of the Year Jayde Nicole, and Girls Gone Wild creator Joe Francis at Hollywood’s Guys and Dolls Nightclub last August.

Brody — who recently underwent surgery to have his appendix removed — tells TMZ.com that he and Jade were having a belated 26th birthday bash at Guys & Dolls when the former Playmate tossed a drink on Francis, who she believes has been stalking one of her friends.
Brody Jenner spent his 26th birthday confined to a hospital bed.
The Bromance star went under the knife to have his appendix removed after a bout of appendicitis on Friday.
“Spending my bday in the hospital… this sucks,”Brody Tweeted. “Got my lady with me so I will be OK… she is taking good care of me. Love her,” he said of his girlfriend, former Playboy Playmate of the Year Jayde Nicole.
“My lady and I chilling post op…” Brody later Tweeted, adding a photo of himself and Jayde in a hospital bed. “She is the best nurse ever!!”

According to X17, the actress – who split from jailed property developer Raffaelo Follieri in June –spent “an entire afternoon” at the Hollywood party boy’s apartment earlier this week.
