Britney Spears is addicted to crystal meth, The National Enquirer claims. The snitch mag claims the pop wreck’s erratic behaviour is the sign of a “drug-addled descent into madness.” The Enquirer also claims a “three-day crystal meth binge” led to Brit’s child custody stand-off with the LAPD earlier this month. (Unlikely since the pop star tested negative for any controlled substances after being committed to the looney bin.)
“Britney was high on meth and naked all day before. She took meth during her pregnancies,” a mole tells the tabloid.

Britney Spears just dropped $6 million on a new home. The singer has purchased a Spanish-style seafront house in Hermosa Beach, California, boasting four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a media room, a pool, a spa and a pub. “Britney’s new pad is luxurious and she got it for about $2.5 million less that its asking price,” a local real estate agent reveals.

Britney Spears is being sued by fashion stylist Nancy Rosu for more than $50,000 after allegedly refusing to pay for clothes. Nancy claims she hasn’t been paid by the singer since August 2007. In a lawsuit filed on January 18th in Las Vegas District Court, the Sin Citybased consultant says she bought dozens of outfits for Brit and her children and had them shipped to Los Angeles. Nancy has tried to contact Brit’s personal assistants and accountants for about two months but has yet to be repaid.
Her lawyer, Natricia Tricano, said Spears owes her client an estimated $30,000 to $40,000 USD for clothing, including custom items, that Rosu purchased on the singer’s behalf.
