Sign ‘o the times? Rocker Jon Bon Jovi and his wife, Dorothea, are bringing a new twist on charity dining to The Garden State. The Bon Jovis are the founders of The JBJ Soul Kitchen, a “Pay-What-You-Can” restaurant in Red Bank, New Jersey designed to help the hungry without the stigma of a traditional soup kitchen.
Diners pay a suggested donation price for the meals…or whatever they’re able to.
