Reformed bad boy Bobby Brown proposed to his girlfriend of three years, Alicia Etheridge, in the middle of a performance in Florida on Friday night, according to PEOPLE Magazine.

The “Don’t Be Cruel” star was performing at the state’s annual Funk Fest event when he pulled his manager partner and the couple’s 11-month-old son Cassius on to the stage, got down on one knee, and presented her with an engagement ring.
Bob by was previously married to pop diva Whitney Houston, the couple split in 2007 after 15 years of marriage.
Bobby Brown Signs Up For VH1 “Celebrity Fit Club”
Whitney Houston isn’t the only reformed cocaine addict making a comeback. The diva’s ex-husband Bobby Brown is hoping to shed a few pounds with the help of professional trainers on VH1′s boot camp weight loss program, Celebrity Fit Club.
The former New Edition has signed up for rigorous exercise routines and a grueling workout schedule on the show next season, TMZ.com claims. Previous competitors on the series include Daniel Baldwin, model/actress Mia Tyler, and Sopranos actor Joe Gannascoli.
The seventh season of the hit show is scheduled to air in 2010.

Whitney Houston says ex-husband Bobby Brown was emotionally abusive during their 14 year marriage and at one point slapped and spit on her.
On Monday, Whitney — who is staging a career comeback with the release of her album in 7 years, I Look To You – told Oprah that the crooner wasn’t physically abusive but that “he slapped me once but he got hit on the head three times by me.”
