Another Billboard record looms for Katy Perry. If the card-carryin’ “California Gurl’s” latest single Last Friday Night (T.G.I.F.) shoots to No. 1 on the Hot 100, she’ll join Michael Jackson as one of only two artists to earn five No. 1 hits from one album. The feat would be a first for a female artist in the chart’s 52-year history.

Hip-shaking R&B star Beyonce Knowles-Carter will be awarded with the Millennium Award at the 2011 Billboard Awards this month. Queen B will be on hand to receive the prize during the May 22 event at the MGM Grand Garden Arena, PopEater.com said Monday.
