Golden Globe nominee Beyonce Knowles, actress Scarlett Johannson, and honorary American David Beckham are three of the celebrities who will appear in the “Year of a Million Dreams” promotion for the Walt Disney Company theme parks.

Beckham will appear in costume as the prince from “Sleeping Beauty.” Beyonce plays the role of “Alice In Wonderland,” “It was Annie’s idea for me to play Alice,” Bee says. “If she wanted me to do it, I was up for it, because she’s such a genius.” Scarlett is “Cinderella.” Scar is wearing a custom-designed Nicoletta Santoro gown and a 62-carat diamond-and platinum tiara by Harry Winston valued at $325,000.

Beck’s photo was shot at a lake near Madrid, Spain by famed photographer Annie Leibovitz, while S.J and B.K were photographed in Upstate New York. The ad campaign will appear in U.S. magazines such as Vanity Fair and Vogue in March.

Just in case the new “Grease: You’re The One That I Want” doesn’t float your celebrity singing / dancing extravaganza boat, Beyonce has just announced a nationwide search for her new background dancers for her 2007 world tour.

Hundreds of dancers turned up in the dreamgirl’s hometown of Houston to vie for 40 coveted slots. She’s also taking this show on the road to Atlanta, LA (which she’s already visited), Chicago and NYC. 30 finalists will be chosen from each city and will receive a trip to either the big apple or the big sleezeball (I mean, LA) where the 40 finalists will be annointed.

So how much bank does a Beyonce dancer make? Between $1500-3000 per week, plus all the botylicious attitude they can handle.

It was a disappointing opening weekend for new films. Ben Stiller’s “A Night at the Museum” reclaimed it’s resident Number One spot for the third week in a row. Animated comedy “Happily N’Ever, featuring the vocal “talents” hubby/wifey duo Freddie Prinze Jr. and Sarah Michelle Gellar, sluggishly rolled in at sad six. And it looks like Lucy Liu and Cedric the Entertainer aren’t cleaning up in the bank with “Code Name:The Cleaner,” which finished dead last, taking the Number Twelve spot. But perhaps the most disappointing film of the weekend was Hilary Swank’s “Freedom Writers,” which couldn’t even overcome Will Smith’s “pursuit of happiness,” and despite moving radio ads and a starring role by Grey’s Anatomy’s “McDreamy,” only landed at Number Four.

Hilary Swank isn’t sweeping the box office this weekend with the release of her new film “Freedom Writers.” But it was Hilary’s role in Client Eastwood’s “Million Dollar Baby” that earned the actress her second Best Actresss Academy Award. Now a few little birdies in the Big Apple are reporting that the swank blue Guy Larouche backless evening gown that Hilary wore to accept her “Million Dollar” Oscar has just been picked up by Beyonce in a stellar shade of white.
