A man who lived across the street from the Hollywood Hills video shoot for Beyonce’s “Why Don’t You Love Me?” is suing the singer for nuisance and trespassing, claiming his privacy was invaded by unnecessary noise and crowds when the shoot arrived in his upscale neighborhood for the March 26 shoot.
On Friday, Philip Markowitz filed a $25,000 lawsuit in Los Angeles Superior Court against Beyonce, a liability company affiliated with the suit, and Dina Ciccotello, a production coordinator. Markowitz argues that his solitude was “shattered” when the crew came in the morning and didn’t leave until 11PM. He’s also angry that his driveway was repeatedly blocked.
First The Divine Lady Liza tried her hand at Beyonce, now it’s Reba McEntire’s turn to put her Southern twang on a Bey ballad. The country queen performed “If I Were A Boy” — penned by BC Jean and made famous by Mrs. Knowles-Carter — during a live performance on Country Music Television’s Unplugged series this month.

“I think she’s pulled out of it. I’m still chatting about it. It’s one of those stories that’s been made a lot, but I think it’s still quite a big focus – you can see that in terms of the popularity of things like American Idol,” Russ blabbed to TV’s Extra this week.
