It appears that the former reality television couple, Bethenny Frankel and Jason Hoppy, are making progress in divorce court.

According to TMZ, the pair agreed to file papers citing, “irretrievable breakdown” of the marriage, entitling them to a divorce.

Bethenny filed for divorce a few weeks ago, asking for a HUGE list of demands for Jason to take care of. Now, in officially documents filed, Jason is asking for the exact same things Bethenny filed for. Jason wants primary custody of their 2-year-old, daughter, Bryn, child support, and wants Bethenny to foot the bill for medical and dental insurance as well as related expenses for himself and Bryn. TMZ first broke the news that Skinnygirl founder, Bethenny Frankel, had filed for divorce from her husband of 2 years, Jason Hoppy.

Now, word is starting about the details of the divorce. The pair, who did have a prenuptial agreement in place before they married in March 2010, could be gearing up for a nasty divorce.

According to documents filed, Bethenny is asking for child support, retroactive from the date she filed for divorce. Bethenny is also asking for Medical, dental, optical, therapeutic, and orthodontic expenses for she and daughter Bryn.
