Ben Affleck is taking his crusade for the Congo all the way to Washington. The Academy Award-winning dad is set to deliver testimony on the problems in the Democratic Republic of Congo before Congress this Tuesday, March 8. Affleck will face the House Africa, Global Health, and Human Rights Subcommittee Capitol Hill to talk about the issues facing the country, which has been ravaged by conflict and violence since a civil war erupted there in 1998.
