President Obama’s 1979 prom photo hit the web Thursday, just as graduating seniors across the country prepare for the biggest bash of the year.
Time magazine obtained the snapshot from Kelli Allman, a former schoolmate of the Commander-in-Chief. The pic shows the president at age 17 alongside his friend and their dates in his homestate of Hawaii. Obama sported a white suit jacket, while his date Megan Hughes selected a light blue dress. They’re joined Allman and pal Greg Orme.
