But it seems despite her talent she had to borrow some inspiration as she was sued for plagiarism for her hit single Girlfriend. Known for her partying lifestyle, foul mouth and bitter war of words with Perez Hilton and Hillary Duff she seems to be the tough chick of the era. Or at least she is trying to be.
