
While there’s still no official word on how exactly Ashton Kutcher will be written in to the ongoing “Two and a Half Men” storyline, insiders tell Deadline Hollywood that Chuck Lorre, co-creator/executive producer of “Men,” apparently couldn’t resist having the last word in his ongoing public feud with the show’s now-departed star, Charlie Sheen.

Ashton Kutcher isn’t making any friends on the set of his new show.
The That ’70s Show alum, who was brought in to replace ousted doper Charlie Sheen in May, has been branded a “diva” by crew members with Two and a Half Men. Word on the Curb has it that Ash, 33, has ruffled feathers on set after forking over fistfuls of dough for a two-story customized trailer. Complete with satellite TV, the gawdy trailer has been compared to a “house on wheels” that’s making it increasingly difficult for Kutcher to get to know his co-workers.
And, of course, there’s the matter of loyalty.

“Men men men men, manly men men men!” Another image from the new Charlie Sheen-less Two and a Half Men has been released. Dressed in a classic tuxedo and red bow-tie (trucker Hat sold separately…), Ashton Kutcher joins Two and a Half Men castmates Jon Cryer and Angus T. Jones for a promo snap…and Sheen is nowhere to be seen. The photo mimics the same style as the original Two and a Half Men opening sequence, where three of the main castmembers lip-sync to the theme song. Kutcher fills the void well. But it’s one thing to pull off a promo picture, another to save a series.
Bring on the first episode, we say.

On Friday, CBS and Warner Bros. revealed that funny guy Ashton Kutcher will succeed Charlie Sheen as the next star of Two and a Half Men. Kutcher who rose to fame playing Michael Kelso on the FOX comedy That 70′s Show, will take over his new role when the show kicks off its ninth season this fall.
