Ashley Jensen and her husband Terence Beesley have welcomed their first child.
The Ugly Betty star gave birth to a baby boy, Francis Jonathan, on October 20, the star’s rep has confirmed. Ashley, 40, – who also stars in TV show Accidentally on Purpose, about a woman who unexpectedly discovers she is pregnant- said she didn’t want to know the baby’s sex.

“We thought there are so few surprises left in the world. We wanted to be surprised, so we don’t have the room painted pink or blue.”
Ashley and Terence married in California in 2007 after six years of dating. They currently live in Los Angeles with their dog Barney. Both mother and son are well and resting at home.
Ugly Betty’s Ashley Jensen is pregnant.
According to PEOPLE, the 38-year-old British actress and husband Terence Beesley will welcome their first child sometime in the Fall.
Ashley knows a thing or two about being pregnant –- her character, seamstress Christina McKinney, was with child during the third season of the ABC dramedy.
Ashley is currently working on Accidentally on Purpose, a new sitcom with Jenna Elfman.

Bad news for us Ugly Betty fans: Ashley Jensen, who plays Betty’s bestie Christina on the series, is leaving the show. The dramedy’s move to NYC from Los Angeles last Fall didn’t sit well with Ashley, who has spent the past several months making the grueling bicoastal commute. But, according to Entertainment Weekly, we haven’t seen the last of Ash.
She was just cast as a series regular in the CBS comedy pilot Accidentally on Purpose!
Ashley will play the best friend of actress Jenna Elfman’s character.
“While we’re sad that Ashley will not be returning next season as a series regular, she is still a member of the Ugly Betty family. So don’t be surprised if you see Christina pop back up in Betty’s life,” Betty producer Silvio Horta said Wednesday.
