Wes Craven and Dimension Films are looking for a boost of energy from Young Hollywood as they prepare to begin production on the next installment of their money-making slasher franchise, Scream. Twilight actress Ashley Greene, former Heroes starlet Hayden Panettiere, Lake Bell, and Rory Culkin of Twelve fame have been offered starring roles as the new generation of murder victims in Scream 4, shooting in July.

Twilight stars Kellan Lutz and Ashley Greene have settled their salary dispute with Summit Entertainment and have inked deals to appear in the final two installments of the blockbuster franchise, sources close to the negoitiations told Entertainment Weekly Wednesday.

It’s that time of year again, Nylon is rolling out the red carpet for Tinseltown’s most elite as part of its annual Young Hollywood Edition. This year, the mag gives kudos to starlets Portia Doubleday (Youth in Revolt), Ashley Greene (Twilight), and Vanessa Hudgens (Bandslam, High School Musical).

Does anyone else find it a bit ironic that two of the young women selected for Nylon’s honorary May issue (Vanessa and Ashley) have been the subjects of nude photo scandals? Just a thought.

When she isn’t wearing a suit of body paint for SoBe Lifewater, Twilight bombshell Ashley Greene is joining forces with Justin Long — best known as “The Mac Guy” — for a new series of video PSAs promoting TeensForJeans.com, a non-profit charity organization for homeless and impoverished youth.

Zero Calories, Zero Clothes: Ashley Greene stripped down to her birthday suit for a new campaign with SoBe Lifewater. The actress — best known for her appearances in the Twilight films — agreed to have a special skinsuit painted onto her body as she modeled in the ad promoting the beverage company’s new zero calorie flavors, Cherimoya Punch and Strawberry Dragonfruit.

The colorful designs featuring amphibian scales were painted directly onto Ashley’s by makeup artist Joanne Gair. The body mask took an insane 12 hours to apply!

“Being a part of the SoBe skinsuit shoot in the Turks and Caicos was amazing. It took the artist 12 hours to paint the SoBe scales on each skinsuit, but it was totally worth it. It’s an experience I’ll never forget,” the 22-year-old gushes.

Photos from the shoot will debut in the 2010 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue.
