The Terminator star, who has been Governor of California since 2003, has fallen behind in his payments from 2004 and 2005, according to papers filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court this week and obtained by TMZ.com.

Gov. Schwarzenegger owes the Internal Revenue Service $39,047 from 2004 and $40,016 from 2005.

“I have never labeled myself as a politician, so I am not going to run for anything else,” he said this week.

Since taking office in 2003, Schwarzenegger has largely suspended his movie career, but he is currentlyy attached to star in Sylvester Stallone’s The Expendables, which also stars Bruce Willis and Terry Crews.

It appears it is The Gov who may get the last laugh. Last week, Schwarzenegger sent a scathing letter to Ammiano explaining why he was vetoing his bill requesting financing for the Port of San Francisco — and boy do the first eight lines offer a pretty blunt explanation. How about “I f- you?”

On Tuesday, Schwarzenegger’s press secretary, Aaron McLear poo-poo the veto F-Off, branding the incident a “weird coincidence.” Uh-huh.

“Something like this was bound to happen,” McLear dryly.

Britney wants a meeting with The Arnold. Between her recent involuntary confinement in the looney bin and her inability to retain legal counsel in her ongoing custody battle with ex Kevin Federline, the pop star believes her “civil rights have been violated” and she wants the Governor of California to do something about it.

“Britney says her civil rights have been violated and she wants to talk to Arnold about it,” a spy reveals to the New York Daily News.

Britney’s former “manager” is accused of contacting a senior publicist with ties to Schwarzenegger about setting up a meeting between the singer and politician.

“She wants the governor to look into why she can’t get an attorney. Sam was chewing on his dinner while he was saying all this into the phone.”

“I didn’t take any drugs.” When asked about marijuana, he said: “That is not a drug. It’s a leaf. My drug was pumping iron, trust me.”

He also defended politicians who use controlled substances:

“A politician’s job is to do what’s best for the people and to improve the country, the economy, the environment.”

“Why should I care if a politician takes sleeping pills every night so long as he can do his job?”
