The actress played Karen opposite Lindsay’s Cady in the hit 2004 teen comedy before going on to appear in last summer’s Mamma Mia!. Amanda reportedly told The Mirror that she has never cared for the notoriously flaky Lohan.

“Mean Girls was such a long time ago and we definitely haven’t stayed in touch,” Amanda replied when asked if she had recently spoken to her former co-star. “And while we are on the subject, I can’t stand her,” she added.

Amanda isn’t the only actress to admit to problems after appearing on-screen with Lindsay Lohan. Recently, her Confessions Of A Teenage Drama Queen castmate Megan Fox revealed that the pair “didn’t get along” during filming.

Employment pickings keeping getting slimmer for serious actress Lindsay Lohan. Celebrity tattles have revealed that the 22-year-old star was recently passed over for the lead role in the upcoming film A Woman Of No Importance for her one-time Mean Girls co-star, Amanda Seyfried, 23.

Mamma Mia! star Amanda Seyfried has beaten Lindsay Lohan to the lead role in a big-screen adaptation of Oscar Wilde play A Woman Of No Importance. Mean Girls star Lohan was first linked to the part in 2006, but she appears to have lost out to Seyfried, who will step back in time for the upper-class dark comedy, set in Britain’s Victorian era.

She will star opposite Sean Bean, who will portray womanizer Lord Illingworth, and Annette Bening will play his mother……
