If women around the world needed one more reason to hate  Alessandra Ambrosio, your wish is my command. Of course everyone is wondering what rigorous work out regiment the supermodel endured to get her post-baby body back. It was yoga. Once a week.

The Victoria’s Secret model shared with guests at Russell James’ book launch last week that she hasn’t done much at all to get her body back to hot.  “I only do yoga once a week or so, but that’s it for now,” she shrugged.

Clearly, this must be some elite yoga (or good genes) that is only available to supermodel moms! Because I know people who do yoga 3 times a week, and nobody looks like Alessandra. Check out the rest of the photos here!

Victoria’s Secret supermodel Alessandra Ambrosio, who gave birth to daughter Anja Louise on Sunday, is already looking to cut a lucrative deal with a celebrity weekly interested in publishing the tot’s first public photos.

The 27-year-old Brazilian beauty and boyfriend Jamie Mazur will donate some of the proceeds from the sale of the pictures to the Multiple Sclerosis Children’s Fund, New York Post insiders say.

Victoria’s Secret supermodel Alessandra Ambrosio gave birth to a baby girl in Brazil on Sunday.

“To all of our family and friends, we are pleased to announce that our little princess Anja Louise Ambrosio Mazur was born on Sunday Aug 24 at 7:32 p.m.,” the Brazilian-born model said in a statement to People Magazine. “She is 6.3 lbs. and absolutely perfect.”

Anja is the first child for the 27-year-old fashionista and her boyfriend, California businessman Jamie Mazur.
